Though it was hard to get replies by email (phone was much more efficient), Zach's thoroughness, professionalism, and attention to detail are just not found from most professionals today. The explanations he gave, the amount he helped me understand them, and the time he dedicated went above and beyond.
Black Knight Chimney installed a new fire insert and insulated chimney sleeve at my son’s house.
They did a fantastic job, being polite, careful and professional in every way. It wasn’t too long from starting that they were showing us how to light the first fire in the new insert which looks just great.
Despite the job being dirty in nature they did not make a mess , cleaning frequently and making this a non issue.
We are so glad we went with Black Knight and would strongly recommend them as a most reliable and professional team.
