I called to schedule a chimney sweep. The price was competitive, and the wait time was reasonable, so I booked with them. I was informed a day later that they could come much sooner than initially quoted, which I gladly accepted. I was called 20 minutes before the arrival of the technicians, as I had requested. The technicians were very polite, friendly, and professional. They worked with great patience and care. They never attempted to upsell. We had a chimney emergency. Our furnace broke (yes in cold November).. Soot everywhere. The new furnace place does not handle chimneys. Ours needed cleaned and relined. Black Knight came the next day. The chimney was ready for the furnace people to hook everything right up. I thought it was a little pricey, but seeing the guys after the work was done, covered with all that soot... I think it was worth the $$. Nice job Guys!!

Highly recommended!I called with multiple questions- needed tuckpointing on two chimneys, chimney caps to keep out the raccoons, and an inspection/cleaning of an old wood-burning stove. Scott came out for an inspection and gave me great advice- namely that I would need major repairs and updates to safely use the stove- so he advised me against spending the money to clean it unless I intended to commit to the rest of the project.
