Have Used them on several occasions since moving here permanently in 2017 to pump out our septic. These past two times I have had extreme difficulty getting a straightforward answer as to a time frame I could expect service. I call the same time every 2 years. This year just like two years prior, I was told for 2 weeks we were put on a non-existent list. We have moved on to a more professional service that has better time management and can give customers the basic requirement of a time frame. lost a regular customer today.
