We bought our house a little over 1 1/2 yrs. ago, and had no idea when the septic had been pumped last when the alarm went off. I messaged them for a price, and then called them and they came the next morning. They did a free inspection and found that it was the pump, and replaced it in the spot. The price was very reasonable. They also advised that we should have a pumpout Soo n. Today, 10/10, the owner called and said he would he in my area tomorrow, and if it would be a good time to pump it out. I have never heard of a company calling before the customer calls.
