Reviews
Scott came out and was a pleasure to work with. Being new to NEPA all of this was new to us. He came when he said and explained everything really well. Of all the companies we were considering we are really happy we went with septic surgeon. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors.
Have Used them on several occasions since moving here permanently in 2017 to pump out our septic. These past two times I have had extreme difficulty getting a straightforward answer as to a time frame I could expect service. I call the same time every 2 years. This year just like two years prior, I was told for 2 weeks we were put on a non-existent list. We have moved on to a more professional service that has better time management and can give customers the basic requirement of a time frame. lost a regular customer today.
