Mike from Best Contracting thoroughly investigated the situation and determined I had inadequate roof ridge ventilation, nor did I have proper ventilation from the bathroom ceiling exhaust fans to the outside vents. I got 2-3 estimates but I was confident with Mike. He went into that exceedingly hot attic, got measurements inside, and on the roof. He answered my questions with clarity, and patience, was clear as to what needed to be done to correct the problems. He presented himself with confidence, professionalism, honesty, excellent people skills and customer service. He arrived to the site on time, worked conscientiously, and completed the tasks for the day in a timely fashion. His price was reasonable.
