KeyMe Locksmiths is a convenient and reliable option for quick key making and locksmith services. Customers appreciate how fast and easy it is to get keys made at their kiosks, which often feature sales like buy two, get one free, and discounts on additional keys. The business offers a variety of keys, including car keys and security fobs or cards, helping customers avoid costly replacements. While some mention that the process can take a little time and that there is an extra fee for cleaning shavings, overall, it is considered worth it, especially since they are open 24/7. The kiosks accept card payments but do not take cash, and some find the payment process slightly inconvenient. Customers value the quick service and the ability to mail keys with designs to their door for free, making it a handy option for basic key needs and emergencies.
Cut my keys okay, I think. Still need to test them out. Too expensive at about $7 each. Takes a long time to cut each one, not as fast as a local hardware store. Too expensive at about $3 just to brush the burrs off. So I gave it three stars for at least being available when no one else is. But too expensive
Tested the key to make sure it works and it works. It's a key for a Toyota. The key don't say Toyota on it like I thought it would. The key says Italy on it but that's okay it works.
Getting keys made at the kiosk was fast and easy. The cost was low and effective, and there was a few sales going on such as buy2 get 1free and an additional 30% off an additional key. I went there for something quick and basic but I saw that KeyMe offers an option to mail keys with designs to your door for free, which can also be convenient dependent on the delivery time. I didn’t like that I had to swipe a card to pay instead of being able to use a tap feature, and I notice the kiosk doesn’t take cash either. All in all I’d use it again if I have to make another key. They offer car keys and security cards/fobs as well.
