I am extremely satisfied with Rantz’ service and level of honesty. I have a water softener in the house that was installed few years before I bought the house. It used to regenerate every few days and I thought something was off with it. I have previously called two other companies to get it checked out, but they wanted to just sell me a new unit. I called Rantz and he mentioned that my model is a dependable one and wouldn’t go bad this early. He came over to service the unit and adjusted the settings based on some calculations. Ranta and his crew are the best. 110 percent customer satisfaction. I had no hot wayer yesterday while on vacation, but my motget in law was at the house. Called Rantz, he had Phil out in no time to replace the elements. I had nothing to worry about being away from home. These guys are the best!
