I am extremely satisfied with Rantz’ service and level of honesty. I have a water softener in the house that was installed few years before I bought the house. It used to regenerate every few days and I thought something was off with it. I have previously called two other companies to get it checked out, but they wanted to just sell me a new unit. I called Rantz and he mentioned that my model is a dependable one and wouldn’t go bad this early. He came over to service the unit and adjusted the settings based on some calculations.
