    This place was the best barber around before covid. Now, there are different people everytime I'm there and the stylist can't even give you more than 10 minutes because they are so shorthanded and overworked. They don't listen to a single thing you ask and basically just give you the haircut THEY want to give you. Let me say I'm not picky when it comes to haircuts but I'm good at explaining what I want. Never going here again. This is the first review I've ever left for any business but I was so fed up that I needed to say it. Good barbers are gone.     It's been a week since i contacted customer service via email about my experience like their response tells you to do. No response. This shows that they don't care about their customers.Just want to get a haircut. Showed stylist picure of haircut. Said he could do it. No problem. Haircut is nothing like the picture. The stylist butched my hair.No one can fix this. Will never go back to great clips again. Third chance and they still screwed up. I regret paying and tipping for this mess. I'm tip for good service but i regret paying and shouldn't have tipped.??

    They do not honor the online check in and "if you just ask about it they respond rudely saying we get to you when we do have a seat". Also they seem particularly rude if you are non white and if you are one you can get ahead and cut others in wait time.
