Ramon and his assistant were outstanding! Not only did they completely power wash our house and clean the exterior of our windows in accordance with the contract, they also cleaned the window sills. Then they power washed our walkways (which wasn't part of the contract)! It was true “ABCD” – Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. I will certainly contact ServiceMaster of Allentown the next time my house needs to be power washed.

Staff is friendly, nice group of people. GM is immature for her age and lacks professionalism. With that being said I think she mostly makes up for it with a pleasant demeanor and good people skills so give her a chance. I would definitely recommend this company, it is a pretty fun job for the most part.
