Thought I was dealing with a legit business. I signed an agreement and they required 1/3 deposit. Gave me a window when they would be out to landscape. I called back at the end of that timeframe only to get the run around. It’s now been two weeks since the end of that window and not a word from them and not picking up nor returning calls. A real disappointment as this was to be a gift for my elderly parents. Since they aren’t responding I am now looking for another contractor and will likely need to fight to get my deposit back.

We had a representative from the company come to look at a landscape project two weeks ago. At that time the gentleman told us we would hear from them in a few days and he would be able to tell us more about the brick that would work. A week went by without a word. When my husband called to inquire, he was told that they respond within a week, and abruptly hung up. I called on Friday of that week and again was told that when she (I assume office person) got back to the office she would check. Awesome service Able to remove my snow when no one else would help me. Above and beyond expectations !! Courteous , professional, and reasonable Will use them again in a heartbeat !! So glad there are still dependable, competent, Reasonable contractors in the coopersburg area !! Worked round the clock thru the big snow storm to take care of their customers. Service like this is rare, and we are very grateful for their service
