Hursh's Landscaping

Well, I cannot comment on the quality of Hursh’s work, I can comment on their professionalism, ethics, and customer service. I am posting this for my 84-year-old mother who lives in a 55+ development that Hirsch does maintenance for. Six days ago, they accidentally cut the cable to her house while trimming a shrub. The cable that was cut was very thick and undoubtedly caught the attention of whoever was operating the hedge trimmer, as I have to believe it caused the trimmer to stop. Rather than report the cut cable, they chose to walk away and say nothing. This left my mother without phone, cable or Internet for five days -until RCN came out to do a repair and noticed the cut wire next to the freshly trimmed shrub. Accidents happen, I get that. But what I take issue with here is the fact that they walked away and chose to say nothing. That is wrong, and something I would absolutely take into account if I were looking to hire a landscaping firm. To top it all off, I placed a call to Hursch to let them know about this incident. My voice mail has yet to be returned.

Hursh is our community landscaper. Today in 90+ temperatures with high humidity, the Hursh employees continued to complete the job of grass cutting, trimming, etc. All were polite and grateful when I passed out water and soft drinks to them. We’re fortunate to have this crew!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. During the storm of the century they took exceptional care of clearing my 38 acre horse farm so I could operate as normal. I can’t thank them enough.
