My furnace died rather dramatically. Comfort Generation responded right away when I called, first sending technicians out to see if it could be fixed, then replacing it. The work was done quickly, and cleaned up. I’m so happy with my new furnace.

I can’t say enough good things about the technician who came to my home, Joe (I think I got that right). After months of struggling with an uncomfortably hot house and multiple service calls where companies told me “everything’s working fine,” I finally had someone who listened.
He didn’t rush. He didn’t dismiss me. He didn’t talk over me. He just listened — to my experience and my concerns. And then he explained things in a way that made total sense: how humidity, timing, and temperature change all interact, and why my AC system wasn’t “broken,” it was just overworked.
