Nancy is the best! When we moved to the area a few years ago we had no idea where to go. We decided to try them out with a dress alteration and they did great. Nancy and her daughter are always so sweet and honest about their pricing/turn around time. We have had many dress pants hemmed, formal dresses altered, and much more! Even though we no longer live as close, we still come back!

I visited Nancy Smith's Seamstress shop in the hopes of finding someone to sew two patches into my new Winter Coat. Not only did I find that business, but I found employees that cared as much about me as the job I was asking them to complete. Thank you Nancy Smith, for your shop's work is impeccable for the price. I called here after frantically searching for a seamstress near new castle after a horrible night at work when I tore a hole in my book bag/lunchbag and was greeted with open arms and great enthusiasm and smiles along with the effort to repair the straps on and hole on my book bag! Needless to say that Mrs. Nancy did a great job she’s quick and we had great conversation and laughs while doing so felt like home! Would highly recommend her and Mrs. Tracy very nice people very experienced!Service: Hem repairs
