I was really pleased with being able to get in quickly. He asked me questions about my vision, how I wear my hair, lifestyle etc. to make recommendations ( I have never had anyone ask me that before!). He also was knowledgeable about curly hair. Also - this is an LGBTQ supportve place which is a major plus for our family. I am so pleased with his color recommendation and he doesn't use product with harsh chemicals.
