The arrangement was accidentally delivered earlier than I had requested, which meant it arrived before my daughter's birthday, but Posies by Patti called me when they realized their mistake and offered to send another arrangement on the actual day of her birthday! That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and I am very grateful for it! The second arrangement was also very beautiful and in blue once again!“
