I come here to see Dr. Charles Wasserman, who I like very much(even though he always is running behind). Today I had a 10 AM appointment & they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. I signed in at 9:50 and sat there for about 40 minutes. I watched while two patients who had arrived after me were called back to see Dr. Wasserman. After complaining and asking why I am still waiting I finally spoke to the office manager who told me Dr, Wasserman was running an hour late(as usual). It's a bit further than
I thought location is in the woods 🪵 Unfortunately I depend on CCT Accessible Services to book rides to and from days before yet get stranding everytime
This building is Very Weird Like a Maze many heavy doors are locked 🔒 Free Parking is available ADA Compliances Restrooms 🚻 Nice Veiws in center of multiple buildings/outdoor pond Professional staff

I want to be very clear: Dr. Shore is excellent. I have been seeing him for years and he is a great physician. Unfortunately, the office staff and management have gone seriously downhill.

I’ve had multiple issues with this office recently that have made getting care unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

First, I had a January appointment. I arrived, checked in, and only after checking in was told that my appointment was canceled because the doctor was on vacation. The doctor later told me this vacation had been planned since December, which means the office knew well in advance and still allowed me to come in and waste my time.
