“l started Red Light Therapy about three months ago mainly for knee and hip pain, and the difference has been encouraging. My pain has improved a lot and I’m moving so much better. I also have a scar where the scar tissue underneath was really bumpy, and it’s now firm and smooth. As a bonus, my skin overall looks healthier and feels so much smoother and firm.
