We were initially skeptical about the value of staging, but Sue and company did a tremendous job for us. No doubt the house would have sold anyway in today's market, but certainly not as quickly, nor at anywhere near the price we (and SKC) got. SKC Staging did such a great job of defining the many amazing spaces in my listing. She has the professional expertise to think how the buyer wants to see their home. From the games in the gaming room table to the books on the desks, Sue skillfully guides the buyer to conceptualized their new home and how they can experience the space. My listing sold in just 3 days; 12K over asking price and it wasn't even the highest offer, just the best offer for my seller. That's Sue for another successful collaboration! You rock!

We recently purchased our new home (sight unseen!) in part because of the stunning staging and design work done by SKC Staging. SKC created a look and "feel" for the home that immediately made me fall in love with it- so much so that we ended up purchasing some of the furniture and artwork that they used in the staging! Additionally, when it came time to list our home for sale, we enlisted SKC for their expertise and advice. Our home sold in 2 days. The staging advice definitely helped!
