Quala offers fast and friendly service with multiple wash bays for reefers, vans, and tankers. It is considered a premium-priced option. While some find it worth the cost for the convenience and helpful staff, others feel the attention to detail does not match the higher price. The location is noted as excellent, and the team works hard to accommodate new arrivals even when busy.
$95.00 reefer/van Wash Out. If you don’t have any other options available along your route(we dropped less than 1 mile from here and were picking up only 13 miles away)You can go miles out of route to pay $50 less, but to save time it’s worth it. 2 interior tanker wash bays, 1 outside Box washout lane. Awesome people. Quick service and willing to help out if they are able. Had a custom request and needed a trailer washout and they were willing to help with my request without hesitation.
Charged $80 for a washout which is already a premium price compared to $40-60 everywhere else, I brought it relatively clean, just basic dirt and chips, but very little even for that, he was in/out within 5 minutes. I get to the shipper, and there are still small wood fragments and some dirt. No attention to detail for the price.
