Very disappointed in this place. I have been a patient with them for years and have recently started struggling with my contact lenses since my most recent eye exam a few months ago. I wanted to order the exact same contacts in the daily version to help alleviate my discomfort. They would not allow me to switch from the monthly version to the daily version without paying out of pocket for an ENTIRE new exam. Mind you, these were the exact same contact (acuvue oasys), just the daily version. The lady I spoke to was extremely condescending and said that it was considered a “different prescription” and there was nothing they could do for me outside of paying for an exam... read full review

Eye doctor was nice but the prescription he wrote me had astigmatism in one of my eyes. Didn’t realize this until I put on my new glasses and they felt off. I never had astigmatism. Learn to read your own prescription. Probably won’t go here anymore.
