Those themes continued during the work itself — in which Ashton kept us informed about the status of the work, the steps he was taking, what was coming next and how it all fit into the general scope of the job. We finished the job on time and in budget and with no surprises. Ashton even came by after the job to check out something unrelated to his workmanship, and offered to help fix what ended up being a non issue.
