We are very pleased for having chosen Mansfield for an extensive overhaul of our septic system. At every point in the process, they were professional, personable, and responsive. We spoke primarily with Eric, who was always pleasant and proficient. Most of the work was completed in harsh winter conditions, with lake-effect snow, strong winds, and cold temperatures, but they handled all of it with ease. There was also excellent follow-up when the weather improved to complete the job (grass seed, etc.). This was one hard-working crew. Pricing was reasonable, included everything, and never changed. Repeat customer. Recently bought a property in Harborcreek and had been having septic tank issues. Mansfield came out, quoted me the price for leech field restoration, I asked about a veteran discount (to which they said yes we offer one), and off we went until the day of the job. Day of the job they came, I was working at home, things were hectic, and I forgot to ask them apply the discount when they were done. I called the next day and they said they would see what they could do. Few days later a check comes in the mail for the difference. Job went great and septic tank working great again. If you want the job done right call Mansfield!
