People were friendly and space clean but the cut I received wasn't remotely what I asked for (in a way that can't be fully remedied except for just waiting for it to grow) and it looks awful. It completely subverts what I was going for and they didn't even apologise when I scheduled to get the small bits that can be improved fixed.

Called because I was working on a project for a local golf course. Hung up after I introduced myself (mind you whoever answered had no idea why I was calling). I consider that rude but oh well! I guess hanging up on people is the new trend!
