“Having a mani/pedi with Helen today was absolutely amazing. She is truly an artist at what she does and her energy is soft and caring. I am able to relax getting a pedicure with her and that is special for me. She has a gift. Not only do my nails look amazing, but I felt super comfortable to relax as she massaged my feet and legs. And my manicure couldn’t have been better. She is a perfectionist and she listened to what I wanted for my finger nails. She definitely delivered! My nails are gorgeous and she gave me the best back rub EVER! Thank you Helen! Anyone needing a relaxing experience should ask for her.“

“TMJ nail salon provides the BEST experience. Tina, Jenny and Phoebe make you feel right at home - they know each of their clients 1:1 and are so friendly. For me, cleanliness at a nail salon is paramount and they are the CLEANEST. They also do a wonderful job on all of their services. I bring everyone with me to TMJ and they love it too!

“Had a nice first experience at Lux T Nails on 12/31. I called the morning of and made an appt for two pedis later that afternoon. The entrance to the parking lot can be easy to miss but the place itself isn't hard to find and is just off of route 30/Lancaster in Berwyn (down the road from Nectar). We arrived and signed in on the iPad and picked out our colors. The salon seemed clean and had nice holiday decor out, I always appreciate when people make an effort. They were playing pop music at an appropriate level so it provided good background noise but wasn't overwhelming. It was relatively busy and we were seated in our pedi chairs after maybe 10 minutes, and then waited another 10 min for the nail techs. Only knock is my tech became available first so I was a good 10-15 min into my pedi before my mom's got started. Not a huge deal especially since the actually pedis were well done and not rushed at all. It makes a huge difference when they take their time and I felt that here. Price is $40 for a regular pedi (plus tip) so not inexpensive but you get hot stone treatment and it's worth it to me for a clean setting and good polish. All in all, I plan to come back for future appointments!“

“I have been going here for years now and have to say it’s always such a pleasure going to get my nails done every couple of weeks. I see Emma for my nails and she is amazing :) but the whole staff is wonderful! All are very welcoming, helpful and talented. Also super accommodating. If you’re looking for a new salon or just need to stop in this is your place!!“

“Love my hair !! I'm a weirdo and don't really like people touching my hair so I would always do my own. I knew I would need a professional to step in due to layering all my crazy colors over the years. BUT LET ME TELL YALL I'm impressed!!!! Julie she got most of my the black hair dye gone and was able to start the lighting process to a carmel blonde the same day. I truly went into this process thinking we might just try to get me to brown for now but this girl ate it up and went for it with confidence! Can't wait to be back in 8 weeks to see where we go from there!!!“

“I booked my haircut here on a whim and I can’t even begin to say what a great decision that was! Salon is super cute and clean, the woman at the front desk was sweet and helpful. The person who did my shampoo should be teaching how to give the perfect scalp massage! I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Amy. I showed her what I *thought* was the best haircut I’ve ever had, and she raised that bar even more. She listened to everything I asked for as well as made perfect suggestions when needed. “I don't see how anyone could give this facility a low rating. The facility is owned and run by a woman for 30 years. She answers the phone in person and schedule efficiently. Her gel manicures/dip gel manicures cannot be beat. The pedicures are also well done and they have a nice selection and quality of colors. I just love this place! If there was a criticism, I would wish be closed on Tuesdays.“
