Normally I'm happy here but I had an appointment yesterday so I rushed from work to drive to Ebensburg to get to my appointment on time and they were closed. I just called and was told Sue was sick. My appt was with Duey. No phone call yesterday to explain that they needed to cancel or anything. Rude is no other way to explain it.

I have gotten my nails done at Sue's for years now. she is very good. Don't mistake her quietness or cultural differences for being rude. She is very good at her job and is one of the hardest workers I know. She doesn't say no to anyone and that is why you may have to wait sometime because she is trying not to disappoint anyone. Her nail work is meticulous. you won't be disappointed!

There was a review on my screen when I opened it why. I have been to two different Sue Nail studios. I've learned that your service is dependent upon her presence. When she is there the positive reviews fit, when not there, the negative reviews are true. I'd fire some people if I were here. The anti American sentiment and reversed Prejudice are obvious and service is horrible. The service I've experienced with her ,though, was much different. She's better at hiding it I guess I don't go since it's unpredictable. A shame to dive 25 miles past it
