Walking in for my first appointment was like walking into a room a friends. Everyone that works here is so kind, thoughtful and helpful. I was lucky enough to interact with Sandy, Heather, Kiersten and Dr. Barra and every single one of them provided above and beyond care and customer service. They made an otherwise uncomfortable situation into a really great experience. Kiersten was able to help get me scheduled and confirm my medical coverage quickly. Sandy was so helpful getting my paperwork completed and getting me all set up in the room. Heather was exceptionally amazing at getting a brace fitted on my giant calf while providing kindness during the exam and the cortisone shots (ouch). Dr. Barra took the time to listen to my ailments and thoroughly explain my MRI results while providing a well thought out treatment plan. I don’t think I could have found a better office to help me during such a painful time.“
