Super relaxing way to spend the day! We started with a 60 minute float session, a 90 minute massage and then 60 minutes in the sauna. It’s such a great value and was just what we needed to detox and destress. Everyone was professional and friendly and it was clean. Highly recommend!
My massage with Monica was amazing. She did such a great job actually working out my tension and checking in with me to make sure it felt right. This was my first time at LHTA it was so clean, calm, and relaxing!! Would highly recommend!!
I have had 2 wonderful experiences at LHTA. My most recent massage was for relaxation and muscle tension. Monica was extremely professional and very attentive to my comfort and tolerance of pressure. I like a deeper tissue massage and Monica nailed it! I highly recommend this facility and Monica would be my top pick! :) Thanks so much for the relaxation today it was beyond needed.
