Located right off of Route 22 this gym has everything you could want with awesome equipment ranging from free weights to stationary equipment and treadmills, ellipticals,and even a stair climber. But better than the equipment is the staff. They make you feel like you've been there forever and are very knowledgeable about fitness and how the gym works. I've put in a lo of requests for various equipment and it will be there a few weeks later. Love this place!!!!

I recommend this gym for everything you would want. They have amazing workers, amazing trainers. Everyone that goes is super nice. I have been going for a couple months now and it definitely is the best gym I have been too.

On leave from the military for 2 weeks, upon asking if it was possible to purchase a two week membership i was given a free pass there for the entire duration of my leave, amazing staff, all the equipment i needed to continue my workouts
