My landlord had Union Fuel come to my house to service the furnace. The guy did a good job but he left with my almost new 100 foot extension cord - that was like $80. I didn't notice it until recently when summer came and I had to go down to the basement to bring all my stuff up and out. Since he was the only one to go in my basement, it had to be him. I was hoping it was just an honest mistake but I contacted Union Fuel twice about it a week or two ago but never heard anything back. The paperwork only showed initials for the technician, which looks like F S, so I don't know his name. Either he doesn't work there anymore or they're just dishonest people... read full review

I asked a worker he was gonna make noise next door because i wanted peace and quiet and he yelled at me and said "go somewhere else if you want quiet" then he started saying "go f yourself". Bad unfriendly person in my book. Are all you workers that way?
