The Promise Epoxy group needs to improve their customer service team. I use many of their products, however, I had a terrible experience recently trying to use reward dollars coupled with a 20% off sale. I would suggest reps with a customer service/marketing background rather than “technical” customer service reps.

Friendly staff, Good place to deliver, It dose have a dock on the west side that is a bit challenging, blind side backing off the street, No overnight parking, 2 hrs to unload.
