Went there today to find a specific item for my cat with stomach upset. I couldn't find the product so I asked the young man up front. He was doing multiple jobs. Cashier, putting a delivery away and he helped me. He was awesome! I feel terrible because I should have gotten his name. He found exactly what I needed on record time and it was the last one on the shelf. He was fantastic!
The staff here is always particularly helpful, and quite knowledgeable about cat nutrition needs especially. They will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for, and patiently answer any questions you may have.
They have a good selection of cat related items, especially different varieties of food. I wish they had a slightly bigger variety of cat toys, but that's a small gripe.
Great experience in this store especially in the grooming salon. All the girls that work in there are super informative and have great grooming skills. The salon leader (I think her name is Davanna) was super helpful with showing me how to properly care for my dogs coat as well as how to keep her prepared and ready for grooming. She took the time to help my puppy not be so afraid and made her feel loved. 10/10 I would recommend going to any of them for your grooming need, they will educate you on the proper care for your dogs coat as well as inform you of any concerns with yours skin and health. Like I said 10/10 would recommend!
