Our experiences with Northampton Memorial have exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly and kind. Always willing to answer questions or help in any way. But I think the best part of Northampton is the grounds. They are well-maintained (which is not always the case for a lot of cemeteries) and beautiful to walk through on any given day. But when the cherry trees are in bloom, it brings a beauty to the grounds and a peace to my soul everytime I visit.
I previously wrote a very bad review about this Cemetery.How wrong I was! My Husband was buried there on Sept. 29,2025. The grass wasn’t the way it should be but then it rained for a few days before. I left another group sway me and get into my head by writing a bad review. For that I am so so sorry. Words can’t explain how sorry I am. I just came from there today. The grounds are in excellent and I mean excellent condition!!! It is so pristine and so Beautiful I just can’t stress it enough. I have had the pleasure of using this cemetery since May 1998 for my youngest son, courteous and accommodating, I then had the pleasure April 2001 when my husband passed, again the pleasure of being courteous and accommodating, and last year July my oldest son passed. Due to my disability and my age my daughter and granddaughter went to schedule everything. Once again I had the pleasure of working with them because they took the time to call me and do everything with my approval over the phone even though my daughter and granddaughter handled it in person.
