If I can give a 0.00 star I absolutely would do so. Do not move here!!! Bathroom floors coming up, toilet is not secured as it lifts up when you sit, cabinets are from the 1960’s Whole apartment is back dated. I guess their attempt to upgrade by “spray painting” things white. Granted! The neighborhood is great! The neighbors are respectful as this is an older community. The appliances are OLD! PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING: My mother has been living in Nicholas Courts since 2014. She has been having consistent issues with maintenance since then. Please read below:
1.) Maintenance workers enter your apartment without your permission or notification. A worker once entered my mother's home while she was in the shower and appeared in her bedroom. (my mother reported this to the company, but maintenance workers continued to use keys to enter her apartment, despite her complaints).
