After showing Phil a picture of the cut I wanted, he took great care in cutting my hair to match my request. He blended the sides and the top perfectly, and he trimmed up the edges with equal perfection. A pre-wash, cut, and styling ran $19, plus tip. I will definitely return to Matraxia's.

A cool old fashioned barber shop. It's still family owned and Mr. Matraxia will give you a cut, a shave, and conversation. I'm a fan of the gold-accented wood, the chrome, and the large selection of manly magazines. My cut was only $16 and a shave was $3 more. Don't worry if no one answers the phone- just walk in.
