Andy informed a client about wind and hail damage for a new roof, which was covered by insurance. Victor and the clean up crew did an excellent job installing the roof and skylights, and went above and beyond to help clean up property.

I had a very positive experience with Kozi. From the time I placed my initial call I was impressed with the level of professionalism in which they run their business. The quality of work is high and while there was one particular thing I wasn't happy with, they remediated it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just around coordination and communication of the project. There were a few times that work was delayed because communication wasn't entirely robust. It's reflective of a business that is growing at a very high rate. Like many reviewers here, I'm a returning customer with Kozi. I've used Kozi for two full bath renovations, a half bath renovation and they just finished our new kitchen. It's a great team that does great work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a remodel done.
