The cleaning was good of both a light colored area rug, which hadn't been cleaned in five years, and two brown and one red chairs. The only problem is that the chairs took about 30 hours to dry and the rug was cleaned 2 1/2 days ago and it's still damp in certain areas. they charge $50 for a special spray to put on dirty areas, but I'm not sure if that's equitable or not. I've had tile floors for many years and haven't needed the carpet cleaner. Once again, the cleaning itself was good.
LOVED them. Extremely friendly and what I loved most that too many businesses still don’t possess these days is the personal aspect. Getting in touch and talking was literally as easy as texting. And the cleaning crew/owner was the one answering. Just like talking to a friend! The cleaning on my couch was AMAZING and they even sprayed the couch after with enzymatic solution to ensure no cat accidents would happen on the furniture! I was extremely happy with the quality of service I received from this company! They were held up at another job so arrived late, but did communicate the issue with my husband. I had three rooms cleaned and sanitized and my floors not only came clean, but look and smell amazing. I plan to call Ron and his company back again around the holidays to do the entire house. Great quality and affordable... I have a new carpet cleaning service!
