The staff are wonderful and customer-focused, able to handle even the most frightened pets with patience and care.
We love the doctor and the service that we receive the dogs feel calm and are treated kindly. We are also well informed of what they’re doing with the dogs what care treatment is needed. I would like to be able to at times when things are tough be able to pay without feeling ashamed that I don’t have enough money at the time. It’s kind of made a big deal although I’ve been granted that ability to pay a little bit at a later time but it’s done in a way that I do feel bad. There are times where it just can’t be helped.
Dr Cummings is the best - no ifs and or buts about it. His staff of professionals are remarkable. If you love your pet, then Cummings Hospital is the place to bring them for their well being and health.
My family has been taking our pets here since Dr. Cummings opened the hospital. I make the trip up from Philly with all 3 of my animals for the top notch care because I trust in the care all of my animals have received here.
