“UPDATE: Aaron made things right so I'm updating my review. I was very disappointed after my third cleaning and was ready to move on. But he reached out and got someone else to come clean the places that were skipped. He also was able to get us onto our preferred cleaner's schedule. I'm glad to see a business that can make things right with customers. I will certainly keep them as our cleaner. Aaron has made me very happy. Glad we could keep his company as our cleaners.
Initial review: Genuinely shocked a cleaning service can be this poor. The initial clean was just poor with the cleaner forgetting to clean mirrors, shower door, forgetting to wipe surfaces in the rooms, living room, kitchen. The second clean was the only time I was happy with my cleaning. But when I requested that they continue with this second person, I was told that this he is deep cleaning only and I cant pick him going forward. I was assured the third person would continue the good job the second cleaner did.
The third clean was just insulting. Bathroom tub and toilet bowl not even cleaned in the first bathroom. The second bathroom toilet and shower not cleaned. The same stains I saw when I left in the morning were the same stains that were there after the supposed cleaning. I had to wash the toilets myself after returning from work. The soap scum in the tub and shower still very evident. I'm just confused as to how that is possible. The audacity to collect a check after not doing the job you were hired to do. Kitchen sink not even cleaned. I basically paid for a vacuum of the house. All the toilets weren't washed. Isn't that the basic of basics??
If you are a residential customer looking for a cleaning company, look elsewhere. I'm furious I wasted money with these guys and gave them multiple tries. Please don't be like me. SAVE YOUR MONEY.”
