Had a new suit that I needed alerted with just a week before the event. Tried to take it to one of the big name places in town but they no longer perform alterations unless you purchase the suit from them. Lala was able to fit me in. Initially I only wanted the pants hemmed but she went over my entire suit and made several suggestions. Six days later and I have the best fitting suit I’ve ever owned. I own a couple of other jackets that I’m going to take to Lala to have them customized. Thank you!
Not reviewing the pro here but a fair warning is due. Clicked on the website and got a box asking me to download something before I could view the site! I thought it was weird. Long story short, website is compromised, an attempt was made to make me download a virus!
I had a wonderful experience with Alterations by Lala! I received my shoes for a wedding at the last minute and realized my dress was too long. I called her around 10:00 a.m., and she graciously fit me into her schedule that same day. I dropped my dress off at 11:30, and by 5:30 that evening it was hemmed with cups added and ready to go!
Lala was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, and the quality of her work was outstanding. She truly saved the day, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
