Visiting the spa at Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort was an absolute delight. Pat's massage was truly exceptional, one of the best I've ever experienced, leaving me completely rejuvenated. Joanne's facial was equally fantastic, and together, they had me walking out feeling brand new.

Wife went a few afternoons ago and wasn't pleased with the overall demeanor and thought the ladies were rude. The lady with shoulder length was really rude and snappy. She said they were talking about how a vent was dirty and how maintenance needed to come clean it and thought that summed up the overall characters of them. They can't take the 2 seconds to wipe down their own stuff so the excuse is on waiting for someone else when you work I there everyday but needs to wait until someone else comes to take care of their immediate surroundings. *Would NOT recommend the body scrub serviceMy sisters and I came here for a spa day. My sister got a facial and me and my other sister got a body scrub. The people were sweet and very welcoming.My sister loved her facial from Heidi. People were raving about Igor’s massage.My sister and I unfortunately did NOT like our body scrubs. They were suppose to be 50 minutes long and only last about 30 minutes.There were some steps that were missed. There was no prep, they didn’t wet our bodies before beginning to apply the scrub. They put scrub directly onto our dry arms and legs. The process was put on some scrub and a hot towel on our legs and arms and back and wrap us up...read full review
