Had a great experience with Servpro of Monroe. I had a long-running hidden leak in a crawl space that wasn't discovered until the damage was done. They were very clear about what they were going to do, they had a tech out to assess the damage and make some suggestions to remediate. Everyone I encountered was professional. They came in, they set up, and they took care of everything. I highly recommend them, and would have no qualms about using them again. (Although I hope I never have to! )Thanks, all!Sam
After we put in a claim with our insurance company for smoke damage from our fireplace, ServPro was on the job. They were very professional and explained in detail what they were going to do, how long it would take, and what we could expect.I couldn't be more please at the way every handled their roles from James, the project manager to everyone he sent in to do their portion of the job. Mind you, I'm still waiting for the painters, but I feel very confident that they will be as professional and efficient as the people who have been in my home. Michael was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. As soon as he approached, I knew that no matter what the bill would be, it would be a good experience. He was enthusiastic about finding a solution for me and my family and I wanted to make sure this did not go unnoticed. He walked around the house with me and carefully inspected each problem area with diligence and care. It almost felt as if he was checking out his own house. He even took the initiative of requesting to see the kitchen upstairs since it was right above the problem area. He inspected below our sink thoroughly and even put all of our items back under the sink.. NEATLY!
