We hired Houster Choice in Nov. 2022 to update the outside of our home. We wanted to transform it from an ugly cinderblock home to something that was maintenance-free and visually integrated with its rural riverfront location. We also needed new gutters and repairs, such as water leakage, raise the flat portion of roof, add new skylight and update the 1960s plastic portico. This was a BIG JOB. We had a couple of estimates and we had to follow our gut and go with Houster Choice. We really appreciated the family-run business. They saw our house was a mess. They could have used that to sell us the Brooklyn Bridge. They didn't. They understood this was a 2nd home for us. They listened to what we wanted to accomplish, and they made excellent recommendations simply by LISTENING. The install crew was top notch. They were there every morning, on-time. they cleaned up when they left. They even brought their own porta-potty! They did this job in the dead of winter. It was freezing but they showed up. When an occasional setback occurred through no fault of their own, they were right on top of it with us. Even the front office was amazing. There are so many reasons why, but the one that will always stand out was when we had to swing by their office. There was a piece of green roof setting out. I asked "is that my roof?" She said yes. She put it out in the sunlight to confirm that was the color I wanted. I changed to another shade of green. Thank you for taking that extra step. Really, I highly recommend this company and every employee. We are extremely satisfied.
