Rob DeHaven has been our service technician for 22 years. He is extremely professional in the work that he does. He is prompt in arriving at our scheduled appointment and does a detailed job. It is very comforting to know that the technician that shows up is familiar with the property. We appreciate all that Rob has done for us with our extermination needs.
Kevin does a great job at our house. He is very professional and thorough. He lets us know if there are any issues that we need to take care of. We are more than pleased with his performance.
Was very pleased by the fast response after caling Erlich pest control. I had an infestation of bees escaping from my attic to my living room. It was scary to say the least. Both the woman I spoke with initially and the technician that completed the extermination at my home were professional and very understanding about my anxiety. Tim completed what needed to be done and assured me the bee problem was under control. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a pest problem.
