I've gone to Alpha Nails since 2019 and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! I haven't gotten my nails done by everyone there but Peter does a phenomenal job and the other dudes there are great too!

I love how they do my nails but their customer service is disappointing. This was my third visit. I had a flight to catch. It was 20 mins after my appointment time and I was still waiting. Kindly ask how much longer would it be and the man said she's almost done. I proceeded to say if he could do my nails instead and he said no. He then retirned and started removing the dip off my nails. At the point my nail tech walked by talking very upset in their language. She then started working on my nails. At this point, I assume she was upset because she was moving and squeezing my hands harshly. When she was buffing my nails, she was burning my nails and skin. I was annoyed...read full review

I've been going here for quite a long time, I've made appointments each visit. I don't think people understand how grueling it is to be sitting down from 9am to 7pm meticulously doing peoples nails. I've never had a problem. Always got them done, they looked great, no customer service problems. Maybe the price is a bit steep, but I don't think it's something to seriously be angry over. People need to keep in mind that some of the nail techs speak little english, and may not understand what you're saying/you don't understand them. It's remarkable to learn two languages in the first place, so for me, the slight language barrier hasn't been a problem. I've witnessed people...read full review
