Called to schedule a repair on an ice maker inside my refrigerator. Scheduled for Saturday. Was told someone would call me with the time and for directions between 8-9am. I received a call at 10.15 am for directions and was told someone would arrive between 11-12 noon. I gave explicit directions. I called several times some went to voice-mail, 1 call was answered and I was told that some appointments take longer. Finally around 2pm I called and spoke to the repairman who said he couldn't find my road...(if he called to tell me he was lost, I would have met him somewhere so that he could follow me). I was then told that he would come between 3-5pm on the same day. Never...read full review
