I went to Springfield, Mitsubishi Service department today. I stopped in because I wanted to have my monitor for service fixed on my car and Anthony a mechanic there was very helpful and fixed it. It took a minute, but he kept at it until he got it fixed. I just want you to know that they are so helpful there, whenever I have a problem. They were amazing! The figured out in a couple hours what multiple others couldn't in 8 months! (Literally) ... I didn't have wipers for 8 months (even after spending $2000+) but drove out of their service center today with working wipers! They went over everything with me prior to doing the actual repair and explained it all to me! I will def go back with any other issues! I highly recommend them!
I was happy with the service until I was on my way home and a random crash icon showed up on my dashboard. I only went in for an update because there was a recall, something with the backup camera. I also was hearing a squealing sound when I parked. Which they kept saying my breaks. I was telling them its not my breaks. Its when I turn my wheel. On the paperwork they said they didnt find any issues with my breaks. Of course you didnt because I said it wasnt my breaks. Anyway, the guy that was working on my car came to me and said something random about my front camera which I never had a problem with. He said its not under warranty and it will cost 1000 dollars if something...read full review
