Andrew went way above and beyond to come look at my septic system and let me know what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional explaining the different types of systems I can use since I have a clay ground. Before speaking to Andrew I had no idea what to do . I called many other companies and they didn't take the time to explain and I was left more confused at the end of the call. I will definitely be recommending DirtWorks to others. We could not recommend Dirtworks by Johnston enough! We originally had Andrew come out for a quote on a French drain. A few weeks after we had SEVERAL home emergencies happen at once, one of them being a broken drain that flooded our finished basement. Andrew immediately came out to assist us with locating the break. From there he diagnosed the issue, helped drain water from the basement and then came with his team to install a new drain system. He communicated and explained every step of the process, answered my 9 million questions, was nothing but kind and professional, and completed a great job on the final project.
