Just make sure you know what the price is. They told me $45 for an adjustment but at checkout the price was $140, bc of the exam he did, which was bending forward, backwards, side to side, and a couple of questions. With my insurance Co pay shouldn't have been more than $25. So I walked out of there without paying. I won't be coming back because of their dishonesty. They should be upfront about pricing instead of sneaking it in there. Thats called bad business. They've helped me in the past, but dishonesty is something I can't stand, so they won't be getting that $140 or anymore service from me.

If I could avoid even giving one star I would. I wish I had read reviews so I could have spared myself today's hour long debacle. I'm still shaken and angry and hope this information prevents other patients from going to East Earl Chiropractic. The office and rooms are disheveled and creepy. My appointment was at 4, and I wasn't seen until 4:58. During that time, I was sat in a glorified closet to watch a 4 min film likely made in the 80's on chiropractic care (trust me, it was so bizarre) and then was asked to stay there. At this point I was texting my husband humorously at how peculiar this first visit was turning out to be. 30 min later they transferred me to an adjustment room, where I waited even longer for the Dr. to arrive. First of all, he immediately made me feel uncomfortable with the manner in which he asked questions. I can't quite put my finger on it, but suffice to say he was abrasive, defensive and unprofessional. When I nervously chuckled and said this wasn't the kind of chiropractor visit I was used to, he very was visibly annoyed and quite rude "Why?" I stammered out that I had sat in a small room without any information by myself, and then the appointment itself was late. His response?? "Well, we're all different. If you don't like our care, we don't need to continue." WHAT. After an extremely uncomfortable and unsettling five minutes, I ended up thanking him politely and got up to leave. The fact that I even felt like I had to pretend everything was okay let me know I did not feel at all comfortable. Before I had even exited the examination room, he was announcing my decision to the front desk in front of the rest of the patients. I got to my car and drove off so insanely grateful that I've never before experienced care like that before. Hopefully, I never will again.
