Noni was great from the start! I had a leak in my roof and he was quick to come out and assess the situation. He was very thorough with his estimate providing options to fit my budget and called me to discuss in detail the pros and cons of each one. He was transparent from the time I accepted his proposal to the end of the project by providing me weekly updates of when the job could start due to the weather. While on-site, he texted me photos of the roof and what his team was doing throughout the project. He took great care in protecting my yard and deck while work commenced. Talk about being thorough and truly caring about being a professional! He and his team took customer service to the next level! Noni even went the extra mile to take the time to inspect the rest of my roof and caulk any gaps he felt needed it. I would highly recommend Noni and his team on any roofing or siding project you may have! You will not be disappointed!
I contacted Noni at Supreme Roofing to get my overflowing gutters looked at. He suggested replacing them as well as informed me about the better performance of upgrading the size of the new gutters. He gave me the information on why the larger gutters would be a better option in my specific case, and did not put any pressure on me to choose that option. He gave a very detailed quote, with pictures. After having numerous instances of bad luck with other contractors, I went into working with Noni by setting very specific boundaries such as notifying me of anything changes from the original quote before continuing. Noni completely understood and agreed and said that was already his common practice. He was also on site most of the time which I think added to the reliability that things would be done as we discussed. Throughout the workday, I received pictures of progress and Noni was very communicative of what was going on. After he was done, he walked me around the house for approval and even went as far to say that if I found any single piece of trash, even as little as a screw, from the old gutters (which I did not), that they would come back and take care of it. I waited to write my review until after a few rainstorms to ensure that the gutters performed as expected and they do! It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many contractors that didn’t do a job correctly or at all. I highly recommend Noni and his team.
