I Really Love This Nail Salon I Got My Nails Done Today and I Love How She Did My Nails and Gave Me a Hot Towel On My Hands and Put Lotion On My Hands As Well I Love The Services and How They Made Sure Everyone Had On a Mask and Is Following The CDC Guidelines and I Would Recommend This Nail Salon
They checked my temperature, I filled out a form and felt very safe getting my nails done. I knew they would follow all procedures, they care about their staff and clients! Always have had a wonderful experience here!
I been coming here for a few years and I am sorry to say, I will be leaving. I went on Saturday and I noticed the prices went up AGAIN. They just raised the prices July 2019. That was Almost a year ago. The services went up $5 at that time. Gel manicure $30 and pedicure $30 which was $25. Now their both $35. That's a $10 increase in a year. That is not ok or cool for business. I understand covid happen and they were closed over 3 months. But they are always busy and have no appointments available, is a good thing. That means they are going to make their money right back. This is something they do all long. I would not be complaining if they didn't just raise the prices last July. The sign said they needed to buy supplies. That's not nail supplies. But that is got plastic protective shield, the paper 6 ft apart on the floor and the red duck tape across the chairs. Hand Sanitizer and the bleach wipes. I know how much those supplies cost cause we had to get some for my parents restaurant. But we aren't rising the prices on food. The cost of those supplies, they probably got the money back from 2-3 customers paying $70-$80 for services. So I don't think saying we had to buy supplies was a good thing. That's what the sign said last year and they did get new polishes and stuff I noticed. And they have the fancy hats with the Face shields attached. I get they lost money for 3 months. We all did. But don't rip off your customers and lose your loyal customers. I'm sure a lot others feel this way also and will be going elsewhere. Once everything is back to normal, are they going to lower the prices back? I'm pretty sure they won't. Sorry guys, but it's been fun. I will not be paying $150 a month for services that last almost 2 weeks. That's the price of my cable bill and I have lots of entertainment.
